My Story

I grew up with two amazing cats, Tabby and Kit. Tabby was a shorthaired ball of energy, always running around and getting into everything, while KitKat was a long-haired sweetheart, calm and cuddly. When I was little, I never noticed any allergies, and I spent so much time just playing with them and snuggling. But as I got older, things changed. I started having allergic reactions puffy face, itchy eyes, and just feeling really uncomfortable around Tabby. KitKat didn’t bother me as much at first, but eventually I realized I was allergic to her too. It was tough because I loved cats so much, but my body didn’t always agree. Then I learned about hypoallergenic cats, and for the first time, I could hold a cat without any reactions at all. That experience was amazing and really eye-opening, and it’s what inspired me to learn more and share my journey with others who love cats but struggle with allergies.
